What this policy covers
This policy explains what happens to information you submit through the assessment application form on this website, and how to have it removed.
What you submit
When you complete the application form, you may provide:
- your organisation's name, CAC registration number, type, year established and location;
- your website and social media pages;
- your name, email address, phone number and role;
- details about your initiative, its results, challenges and funding goals;
- documents you choose to upload, and any link you choose to share.
How it is used
Your information is used for one purpose: to review your initiative and respond to your application. It is not used for marketing, and it is not sold or shared with anyone else without your permission.
How it is stored
This website does not operate a database or a customer relationship management system. When you submit the form, your responses and any uploaded documents are delivered by email to abiyeson@gmail.com using Resend, a third-party email delivery service. Your application is then held in that email inbox while it is under review.
The website is hosted on a third-party hosting provider, which processes requests in order to serve the site. This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies for tracking.
Confidentiality of documents
Documents you upload are treated as confidential. Nothing you submit is published, quoted or used as a case study unless you give written permission.
How long it is kept
Applications are kept for as long as your initiative is under review or in progress, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that enquiries can be answered. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email abiyeson@gmail.com and the request will be actioned.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the service develops. The review date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
