The service
The Impact Readiness Assessment is a strategic review of one existing social-impact initiative. It covers initiative and problem review, programme structure, measurement, numbers and evidence, funding readiness, positioning recommendations and an implementation roadmap, plus one implementation session.
It is an advisory service. It is not grant writing, and grant readiness is only one part of it.
Who can apply
This service is for CAC-registered Nigerian nonprofits and social-impact organisations with an existing initiative. Complete applications are reviewed before they are accepted.
Applications
Submitting the application form is free and does not create a contract or an obligation to proceed. Nothing is payable until an application has been accepted and the fee has been confirmed to you in writing.
Fees
The fee for the assessment is confirmed in writing before any work begins. Payment is made after your application is accepted. [Add your refund position here before publishing.]
What you receive
You receive a written assessment of your initiative, a prioritised implementation roadmap, and one implementation session. Ongoing implementation support, if you want it, is a separate arrangement agreed separately.
No guarantee of funding
No funding outcome is promised or guaranteed. No adviser can guarantee that a grantmaker, donor or partner will fund an organisation. The purpose of this service is to make your initiative clearer, stronger, measurable and better prepared for funding opportunities.
What is needed from you
The quality of the assessment depends on the information you provide. You agree to provide accurate information about your organisation and initiative, and to make the documents and data needed for the review available.
Confidentiality
Information and documents you share are treated as confidential and are not published or used as a case study without your written permission. In return, the assessment and roadmap are provided for your organisation's use and are not to be resold.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. [Confirm jurisdiction and dispute process before publishing.]
